Changes for C167 vacation gathering

Dear C167,

Hey people. Just now de girls went to discuss with Miss Natasha about this vacation gathering, and instead of a Chalet, it's changed to bbq. Hope everyone is cool with it. And the bbq wud be held in the afternoon till evening, venue most probably East Coast.. People who wanna stay after that also can ^^ ..

Anyway the reasons for changing the event and time is because

- BBQ is much easier to plan, and shall keep it simple for the first plan.
- 7th lunar month, so better not stay chalet/overnite. (Sorry about this reason, but as a respect lurhs, sorry ppl)

And the date is not set yet, please vote yarh. The given dates available is only 10-13 .. Then sm1 will go and book. We cant make it de week straight after exams because Miss Natasha wun be free. Then follow by our fellow Malay friends having hari raya so we cant have it at the time. Therefore these are de available dates.

Okie dokie, the rest will be left for Daryl to finish de plan, do assist Daryl yarh. And if BBQ able to be booked then abt de food we'll discuss about it after exams!
